Most of the solutions, used in the aromatherapy are the essential oils. Even their name sounds like there is a pleasant surprise for the senses. Most of the essential oils smell brilliantly! Probably even better then stabilized and artificial fragrances of perfumes. The best part of the essential oils, used in the aromatherapy is that they are absolutely natural and healthy. These scents consists of natural-built ingredients, which are believed to relieve pain (both physical and mental), they also fight stress and even some physical discomforts like acne and bad germs. The bathing experience of home aromatherapy

For a quick and easy recipe add a cup of two Epsom salts in the running hot bath water. Pour a tablespoon of any of your favorite aromatherapy bath oil in the water and jump in. Candles
No matter if you have some guests for a relaxing evening or just for yourself, you could learn to easy and quick make your own aromatherapy home candles. They will improve the home atmosphere in a good way and make the experience at home even more relaxing and calm. Soy candles are probably one of the best decisions to deal with this. First you have to prepare a container for the candle. It should be absolutely clean. Place a wick in the center of the jar for example. Heat the jar. You can do that with the help or blow dryer or if you have prepared more than one container, use the oven for that purpose.

Aromatherapy step by step
1. Heat the wax. Put about an inch of water in the bottom of a medium-sized pot and heat it to a low simmer. Pour in the soy wax chips into the pitcher (metal type is the best). Fill about ¾ of the whole content of the container. Heat and stir the wax until it is completely melted and ready to pour. When the wax is melted, add the candle dye (if you have decided to use one).

2. Stir until the dye is all melted and good and receives the necessary color. After that let the wax to cool down. Now is the moment to add the chosen essential oil or fragrance. Stir again. The last step is pouring the wax into the container. Take the well-heated container. Slowly and carefully pour in the wax to avoid pocket formations. If there is a need poke some holes in the candle, but after it has cooled down, so the eventual bubbles would come out. If there is a need pour some additional melted wax and after cooling trim the wick to 0,5 cm. That’s it.

The most important thing about homemade aromatherapy is that you could provide yourself some quality experience. It will be as relaxing as it could be, it would be good for your body and mental health. It will make you feel calm and relaxed after a long day at work or a busy weekend outside.
